Slow Baked Rack of Ribs



 

Summer is on the way and time for grilling.   Who doesn't love ribs?  So you have all the ingredients, you've planned the meal and it decides to rain all day and you can't get to the grill.  Not to worry, this wonderful recipe is baked in the oven and it is fall off the bone good.  Give it a try and you don't even have to wait for the rain.

Ingredients:

Rack of ribs

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

Spray foil wrap with Pam  and place ribs on foil. Mix the dry ingredients and spread over the ribs, drizzle with oil. Wrap tightly and bake in a preheated 250 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours.  Take out of the foil and brush with favorite bbq sauce.
