Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients:
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare pie crust and line 9 inch pie pan.
- Sprinkle bottom of crust with half of the Parmesan cheese followed by half of Cheddar and Swiss cheese.
- Add in most of the green onion over the cheese and any optional ingredients.
- Top with the remaining cheeses and the rest of the green onion.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Add in the nutmeg and white pepper and whisk again.
- Whisk the Half and Half into the egg mixture. Pour mixture into pie pan.
- Bake in the 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes or until the top of the quiche is lightly browned. Makes 8 servings.
