Asian Marinade
In May 2015 I published a recipe for a pomegranate relish we use with many of the grilled meats we prepare at the Inn. One of the favorites is a Pork tenderloin grilled in an Asian marinate. Here is the recipe. Pictured above it is paired with rosemary roasted potatoes and roasted vegetables.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons sherry
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon o\vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2-3 pound pork tenderloin
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a plastic bag. Place tenderloin in the bag seal and refrigerate for 6-8 hours, turning occasionally. Cook on hot grill for 35 minutes basing with remaining marinate.
