Salads: Spinach Salad
Ingredients
1/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
baby spinach leaves
sliced water chestnuts
sliced mushrooms
sliced red onion
crumbled bacon
chopped hardboiled egg
Instructions
Put ketchup, vinegar, sugar and oil in jar, shake well to combine. Toss with spinach, water chestnuts, mushrooms and onion. Top each serving with chopped egg and crumbled bacon.
