Appetizers & Sorbets: Coconut Lime Sorbet
Ingredients
1 15 oz can Coco Lopez ( the one with the blue label)
¾ cup water
½ cup fresh lime juice
Instructions
Whisk ingredients together. Pour into ice-cream maker and freeze according to directions for machine. Transfer to an airtight container and put in freezer to harden.
